Refunds and failed runs

Failed processing

If DocRinse cannot process a paid document before useful cleaned output is generated, contact support and ask for a refund or replacement run.

Billing questions

Include the Stripe receipt email, approximate purchase time, and selected plan. Do not include raw document contents.

Product feedback

Bug reports are welcome. Keep examples synthetic or remove private details before sending them.
